Workouts at Golden Gloves

The workouts at Golden Gloves Fitness are effective because they are based on your preferences, abilities and techniques. The first class we start by analyzing your level and building your capabilities up from there. When you come in for your class, we always start with stretching and a good warm up that involves cardio and abdominal workouts. Then we proceed to work on focus pads and light bags with the coach instructing you how to properly execute manoeuvres. As you are being adjusted, you will be able adapt your new boxing stance and profit from the fitness that it brings.

After the lighter exercises are completed, we increase the intensity of your workouts to weights and heavy bags. Our instructor gets you to push weight and then followed by rounds on different types of bags that are meant to provide the resistance to your first & body that you need to build that strong boxing core you always wanted. Our emphasis is placed on a good posture, defense and proper movement execution that are meant for you to reap the benefits from working out at our gym.

Aside from boxing & fitness, we also have mixed martial arts, boot camp sessions and traditional martial arts for you to choose from. All equipment will be provided to you, we are here to help you to get into the shape that you have always wanted. We’re open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm and on Sundays 8 am to 2 pm. We’re looking forward to fulfill your fitness requests.
