What should you look for in gyms near you?

The spring season is around the corner and fitness enthusiasts ask themselves: what should I look for when it comes to gyms near me? This is a great question and at Golden Gloves Fitness, we would love to answer that question and any question that you might have. First and foremost, you should always look into the atmosphere. Ask yourself: is this a fun place to be in? At our gym, we make sure we keep it 100%, have fun and at the same time we make sure that you make progress in your fitness & boxing levels. Indeed, there is never a dull moment at our sports center near Toronto. How do we do it? With motivating energy, great people and a little fun, we are always making things happen here!


The next thing you should look into when comparing gyms near you is the coach. Our head coach, Alex, has decades of experience in boxing & fitness and is here for YOU. He understands all the ins and outs of fitness and he wants you to benefit from it. He is here for you everyday of the week, except Saturdays, from morning to night, so that you can become all the best you can be. While being trained by him you will find yourself advancing to whole new levels! Alex is also an expert in weight control, health and wellness. Please feel free to inquire him with just about any question, he is here for YOU.


Lastly, you should always consider accessibility. Ask yourself: is the location and time right? Golden Gloves Fitness is located in the heart of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), right near 400 & 407 highways. There are no other gyms like us in this area! And, we are open from 7 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 2 pm on Sundays! With a great schedule availability, we are here to provide all the necessary tools that you need to succeed.
