Why choose boxing to build a good shape or form of your body that you always wanted? The answer is simple: boxing makes you drenched in sweat from top to bottom. When this effect happens, your muscles use the sweat as a lubricant to grow effectively into place. At Golden Gloves Fitness, we make sure that you break that sweat. How? Through proper workouts, training and exercising and sparring of course. After a few rounds on the focus pads with our trainer, Alex, you will be sweating like never before!

But, how do we get you to sweat at our gym? First, we will get you to do a quick warm up with stretching, skipping-rope, and lights bags/ weights exercises. Then we proceed with personal fitness exercising. Our coach examines and corrects you according to your body’s performance and results for you to get the best benefit of your workouts. Then he proceeds to focus pads and precision training for your boxing capabilities. After this, you will drench in sweat and the next morning you will wake up seeing the results from all the hard work you have put at the gym.
