Why workout/ exercise?

A lot of people ask this question: why should I exercise? This question is not new or a surprise as it is a lot of work to get into shape. And the answer to that question is not just one but there are several. The first and most clear response is: exercising helps your body to get rid of unwanted elements your body such as bacteria, unwanted nutrition, and stress. After your body has finished flushing itself through sweat, it proceeds to healing and regenerating new cells for you to benefit from. Thus, leading you to feel great!

But, working-out is so hard and challenging. Agreed, it is. However, it becomes easier as you do more and more of it! Just like any activity it becomes more of a routine after you spend an hour a day exercising, 5-6 times a week. Nonetheless, do not make your workouts too much of a routine or the same each time you exercise. Diversify your workouts and record your progress. Try doing arms and legs one day and focusing on abs and core the next. There is always a way to make your workouts interesting.
