Do you find yourself having a hard time focusing? Are you feeling disoriented at times? Well, look no further than exercising! That is right! Boxing fitness,boxing,focusand fitness allows you to sweat out all that stress and unwanted substances in your body, right away. Once you get rid of it, you can quickly progress to feeling better and thus leading you to focus on more important things in life, such as goals and spending time with others. Rather than feeling gray, fitness allows you to gain new energy that will allow you to progress in other disciples. All you need is an hour a day/ 5 times per week of exercising and it will define your lifestyle. Aside from toning your body and letting you have that lean muscle that you are looking for, boxing & fitness will allow you to reflect on yourself and make improvements in life.

At Golden Gloves Fitness, we have the boxing & fitness knowledge and expertise to share with you, so that you can progress in the sport and raise your fitness level to a whole new level. We teach you how to be fast with your hands and at the same time how to be quick on your feet. As our head coach Alex states: “always remember to calculate your distance from your opponent, even the bag”. He makes sure that he instructs you how to punch properly while keeping your stance and posture properly. After all, balance is key when it comes to boxing.

IMG_8157Yes, we do train for competitions and if you do not wish to compete, we take training very seriously; to the point as if it is you are going to compete. At our gym, we push you to break barriers and at the same time we make sure that we maintain a fun atmosphere for all to enjoy and have a good time. We are open to anybody who wishes to improve their overall health and fitness capabilities. We have all the equipment at your disposal because want to make it easier for you to get into shape that you are always looking for.

Golden Gloves Fitness is more than a gym in Vaughan. It is a center for wellness & health that is meant for your overall well-being. We have an ideal protein station on the 2nd floor and boot-camp training room upstairs too. Come in & check-out us out, we’re open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm and on Sundays 8 am to 2 pm.
