We all look for ways to feel better and fitness has to be one of the best ways to feel great! How? Firstly, sweat works great as a lubricant for your muscles. If you are feeling stiff, try stretching and doing a light workout- you will feel better. Once you are in the ‘zone’, you will forget about how you felt earlier and realize that you want become fitter. But, don’t stop though! The more you work out, the easier it is. If you skip a couple of days, it feels like starting all over.

At Golden Gloves Fitness, we are here to make you feel good. With an open-minded, fun atmosphere, there is no telling how far you will go at our sports club. Our members come to train for themselves or for competitions. We have an up and coming new champion, Agustino who will be fighting in July, 2016 his first professional fight. Keep up the good work, Agustino! But, so can you. Yes, that’s right, we can train you professionally or like-professionally for your great benefit.

Who works out at our gym? Just about anybody. From children to adults, men and women, pros and individuals of all levels. We don’t have contacts or membership cards; we have a keep it a 100% attitude at our gym. Feel free to come by and check us out, we’re open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm and on Sundays 8 am to 2 pm or give us a call at 416-569-9381 if you have any questions or if you like to get in touch with us.
