At Golden Gloves Fitness, we like to say: Boxing is Great for all! But, what exactly does that mean? In today’s newsletter, we’re here to explain to you exactly that. Throughout the course of the most recent months, we have observing many different types of boxing goers and we have came up the conclusion that boxing is not just for Ali or the next Tyson, but it is also for anybody who wishes to improve their overall health. We have all the equipment that you need, all you have to do is come and enjoy your workout!

Boxing is great for lifters that hit that bench press or for those who like other sports in general. But, why is that? The reason for that being is that boxing helps you move every muscle in your body and therefore developing them. Even if you are feeling a bit sick, in the stomach or from the common cold, boxing allows you to literally sweat it out! Isn’t that great? Nobody says that you have to compete or train in order to enjoy the sport of boxing. We have people from all sorts of orientation come in and workout at our gym here in Vaughan.
Another reason why boxing is for all is because our trainer Alex has demonstrated that anybody can come in and become a skillful boxing. With decades of experience, he has transformed people’s lives by getting them into shape, no matter what. He has a no excuses policy and he knows to train very well. One of our students, Halim, has lost over 100 pounds at our gym and became in shape, something that he was always looking for.
