What are the goals of Golden Gloves Fitness?

To us, boxing and fitness is more than just an activity. It is a science and a lifestyle. We have been fit for a long time and we love it to the point that it dominates our lives. Aside from a good diet, we emphasize on good workouts. We make sure that you leave our gym each time feeling amazing. At our location in Vaughan, we want you to use every muscle in your body and get rid of all of that unwanted stress.

In fact, we love it so much that boxing and fitness became a way of life. Our members are workers, businessmen, women, teenagers, kids, and individuals of all backgrounds. Feeling good has not limits! At our gym, we are dedicated to make it easy for you to arrive and start training. Free parking in front, no membership cards or fees to remember, and always customization of workouts that are made just for you! We have a tendency at our gym to say: just bring your gym clothes.

Our members love it our gym because how great our instructors makes them feel. We have Alex at Boxing and Fitness, Terry doing Martial Arts and Slava teaching MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) upstairs on our second floor. But, we have more at our second floor! We have the Ideal Protein weight loss clinic and an acupuncture table that our Terry can perform on. There are lots of activities to do at our gym. At our gym, we go above and beyond for you!

We teach our members weight control, muscle growth, and effective workout. Walk-ins are welcome anytime while we are open to check out our gym. We’re open from Monday to Friday 7 am- 8 pm (8 pm is the last full hour, so therefore we are closed at 9 pm).
