Why would you want to box this season?

September marks a new season at our gym in Vaughan. What does that mean? It means we look over everybody's boxing skills and techniques and begin by correcting them if needed and reinforcing what you have learned. A lot of times you have to unlearn a wrong movement and learn the correct way of doing it through repetition. Our main coach Alex examines your style and guides you as you go along. This month however we like to mark a new beginning and new levels that our members need to follow. It is very important to keep things interesting and to progress as you go along so that you can reap the benefits of your hard work in the gym. In Today's newsletter, we will discuss why should you box this new season at Golden Gloves Fitness.
First and foremost, as the weather cools down, it gets really intense at our gym. As the months progress into the winter town, we begin to see a lot of movement going on here. Definitely, it can get cold outside and you'll want to stay more so indoors; why not come and improve your boxing skills while it's cold outside? Like mention, there is a lot going on and there is a lot of skills improving left to do at our fitness center. We also like to keep things interesting by switching up lessons, partners and at the same time maintaining a fun- positive atmosphere. Indeed, we like to mark September as a special back-to-boxing month.
Secondly, you should give boxing another go because it will help you remain focused on your studies, work and overall life goals. This is the time when everybody gets back into their productive modes and there will be some stress going on. Boxing is great source to improve your focus and at the same time to relieve that stress in a healthy manner. We have many different people coming in through those doors from businessmen to construction workers; in the end of the day we all want to loosen up and boxing is a great source for it.
Thirdly, why not challenge yourself? Boxing is a single person sport that is meant to push you beyond your limitations. There are many reasons why would you want to box and one of them is to prepare yourself for anything that life may throw at you, including a medicine ball. We all like a good challenge to see how far we can go and boxing is a great way to do that. If you are doing something wrong, our pro coach Alex will adjust you as you go along. He is all about changing lives; the positive way. After all, at our sports gym we love boxing and we love improving people's lives.
Lastly, you would want to box this season to improve your overall health. At our gym we like to go by: health is wealth motto. Why not improve it? There is always ways to enhance yourself and abilities that you have not discovered yet! We tailor and make sure that the training you get here are meant just for you. We offer classes to just about anybody who wishes to improve their health, fitness, and boxing skills. Positively, we maintain an open-minded atmosphere that allows people to get into the shape they have been always looking for.
There are many reason about why you should be taking up box this new school year and you don't have to be a scholar for you to do so. Boxing is meant for everybody if it is done right and we have all the tools that you need for you to get onto a whole new level.
